Welcome to this 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Home w/ a 2 Car Garage & Amenities. This house is conveniently located in the established neighborhood of Westlink near New Market Square, Sedgwick County Park, and the Sedgwick County Zoo! Amenities at the property include a fenced in back yard, a fitness room, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen with pots, pans, and other essentials! Local bookings must be approved in advance by the host. In compliance with applicable zoning codes, all guests who book with us at one of our properties have the right if they choose (for an additional fee) to stay at this or another property for a period of 7 days. Please contact the host for additional information and terms and conditions.

Located in the established Neighborhood of Westlink is this beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home! This property is perfect for corporate guests, couples, and families.

You will be close to local restaurants and shopping at New Market Square! You will also be a close drive away from the Airport, Sedgwick County Park, and the world famous Sedgwick County Zoo!

Park your vehicle in 2 car garage attached to the property. Then take off your shoes, and be greeted by an updated and cozy living space. Relax and enjoy your favorite show on the large television in the living room!

The dining room includes a comfortable, modern dining table. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and baking trays for your use and enjoyment!

Great stay

We booked this property to stay at for my cousins wedding instead of a hotel! The property was perfect for my grandparents, husband and our infant. They were super easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Our guests who came from Ohio, North Carolina, Colorado, and Maryland have all expressed that they loved the house. There was plenty of room for everyone, the location was wonderful (a nice neighborhood, close to shopping as needed, even the emergency room when one member needed it, close to local attractions, near a park for walks, etc.), the house itself was great.

If looking for a place to sleep while visiting Wichita this is a very nice clean house. It could have used a few more towels/wash cloths, newer coffee maker that didn’t splash and outdoor seating to enjoy the wonderful weather we had while visiting. Although there were a couple of issues during our stay we contacted the owner and they were promptly resolved. I would recommend this property to someone else

Clean inside & it was ok

This rental met our basic needs. The good news was that it was really clean inside, great water pressure for the shower, & a safe neighborhood. Disappointment was the lack of curb appeal. The backyard and front yards were neglected. Mostly dirt, leaves, & weeds. With beautiful spring weather, we wanted to sit outside and enjoy. Yet, the outdoor space is woefully lacking. Overall, the property was ok. It felt like the property mgmt company only did the basic necessities with little attention to details. There was one washcloth for 4 people, garage was filthy, leaves not raked, cheap pillows, ants in the bathrooms, & thin sheets. I’m just being honest for future renters to be informed. Most importantly, it was clean inside. But with a 195 cleaning fee, it should be. Best wishes!

The smell…

Upon opening the front door, the smell of cat urine hits you and stays with you throughout the entire house. The house and the neighborhood were perfect for our group if there wouldn’t have been that smell permeating the entire property. We contacted the host and they did reply to our messages but never in our conversation back-and-forth did they offer to do anything to fix the situation. They simply apologized with no offer to solve the situation in any way. We would not stay at this property again and we will make sure the next property we book in Wichita is not managed by Reliance Property Managament.

Excellent Stay

Very nice home with lots of space. All appliances were in working order. My husband and I slept in the bedroom with a bathroom and bed was very comfortable. It was great having a garage to park our car in. Our three Golden Retrievers enjoyed running around in the big backyard. The house was close to the venue of our dog competition. Hope to return next year!
