Summary:
Welcome to this charming 2 Bed 1 Bath property in College Hill. This property is located in the desirable neighborhood of College Hill near the famous Belmont Street Arch! This property is a duplex. Pets must be registered! Dogs only. In compliance with applicable zoning codes, all guests who book with us at one of our properties have the right if they choose (for an additional fee) to stay at this or another property for a period of 7 days. Please contact the host for additional information and terms and conditions.

The Space:
The space is nice, open and welcoming. The dining room has a large mounted roku tv. Feel free to connect your streaming service. The dining room includes a large table for your use. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and a Keurig with pods! A washer and dryer is provided in the basement for your use. Both bedrooms and the bathroom and located on the second floor of the property. A garage with remote control is also available for your use.

Pack n play available in property for guest use.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that traffic out of the drive way on douglas can get busy sometimes. We recommend that you do not back out into traffic. Instead turn your car around to exit forward facing. You may also park along belmont street past the famous Belmont Arch.

Nice home and location
Everything about my stay was good. The only recommendation I have is to put a sensor on the porch light for guests arriving late. It was very dark and hard to see the door lock when I arrived. Thankfully I had the flashlight on my phone. We did have an issue with the door as a previous guest mentioned but it was taken care of in a timely matter. I would recommend this house and would stay there again in the future.
