"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The toilet in our room was clogged, and despite informing the staff, no proper action was taken. Family with kids no where else to go, it was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. The breakfast was another letdown. It was advertised as one of the best, but the quality and variety did not match the claims at all. It felt very basic and poorly maintained. The hotel also claims to be newly renovated, but in reality, the amenities are old, worn out, and not well maintained. Cleanliness was also a major concern throughout our stay. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations in any way. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."

"The room was in dire need of some up keeping. Furniture was banged up and chair was stained. Floor looked like it needed a deep cleaning. Toilet was not clean. The bathroom counter was nice and updated. Lots of street noise. Staff was very nice. The price was very cheap so I couldn't expect a lot. But not sure why reviews were giving this a 10/10 rating. How is that possible?"
