"The low score was for the shower in our room. Ran it for 5 minutes and had to get someone to come and look at it to try and get it warm. When it did go warm it was hardly coming out. We didn’t ask to Change rooms so it’s on us. Apart from that the staff are great, food was lovely and the surrounding ..."
