Luxury Cabin with 2 Kings & 1 Queen, 5 miles to Casino, Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Mountain Dream Retreat is a beautiful, luxurious log cabin in a family neighborhood located in the Great Smoky Mountains. This property is located 5 miles from Harrah’s Cherokee Casino and 15 minutes from downtown Bryson City.

The home is entered through the living room which offers an open floor plan complete with kitchen, living room, and dining room, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, cookware, and a Keurig coffee maker to use during your stay. The dining room has seating for six. The living room has a gas fireplace, 55' Smart TV, a sofa that converts to a queen size sleeper, which offers additional sleeping accommodations for 2 guests, and a love seat so everyone can comfortably gather to enjoy quality time together. Games and puzzles are provided for guests to enjoy during their stay. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room to store pantry items and where the washer and dryer is located.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, 50’ Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bath has double sinks with a shower/tub combination.

On the opposite side of the house are the 2 additional guest rooms (one room has a king bed and the other has a queen) along with a full bathroom. Each bedroom has a mounted Smart TV and large closet. Towels are provided along with additional towels for use of the hot tub.

Just outside the kitchen through the sliding glass door is the covered deck with a 5-person hot tub and a separate outdoor dining table with seating for 6. While outside, you can enjoy the large, flat grassy backyard with gas grill (propane tank provided) and fire pit with seating for 6 in the comfortable Adirondack chairs. Relax with family and friends with plenty of room for outdoor games and entertainment.

Getting to the cabin is easy as it is flat and accessible for all vehicles, including motorcycles and even a parking space for trailers. No steep or poorly maintained roads here.

At Mountain Dream Retreat, you will have the solitude you need while being close to some of the best local attractions.

5 miles to Harrah’s Cherokee Casino
10 miles to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park
15 miles to Bryson City, home of the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad.

Other things to note
-During the spring, summer, and fall the lawn service is generally on Tuesday or Wednesday depending on weather.
-Garbage pick-up is on Thursday.
-Firewood is not provided.
-We have 2 security cameras on the property. One security camera is by the garage facing the driveway & front porch. The other security camera is on the back porch with the stairs & grill visible. Host will send a screenshot of the camera view upon guest request. Cameras will be on during your stay.

This cabin was great! There were extra towels for the hot tub. The curtain black out in the bedrooms which made sleeping so nice. The kitchen was fully furnished. I can’t say enough nice things about this place.

Everything was perfect!!!! Stayed with friends visiting from overseas. Jennifer was fantastic. She answered all our questions we had promptly. If we needed anything she replied immediately. The cabin was cozy, very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The location of the cabin is also very nice. Secluded yet close to everything, groceries, restaurants, Cherokee and Bryson City. Had a great stay and will definitely stay again in one of Jennifer’s properties. Thank you Jennifer for having us.

Polar Express Getaway

My family really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Location was perfect to access The Great Smokey Railroad for the Polar Express and also just a short drive to enjoy the casino in Cherokee. Would stay again if we ever come back to the area.

Awesome location! We had a group of 5 guys and was a great spot away from the business of the casino downtown while also being close buy, had no problems checking in/out and all amenity were clean and working, would definitely recommend!

Perfect cozy cabin!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It is inviting, clean, and very well equipped. It is a short drive to the Cherokee casino (less than five miles, if I remember correctly). The check-in/check-out process was simple and the host is very responsive. 100% would recommend!

Our two families had an amazing time in the cabin. Everything we needed was available. Also the garden is beautiful. We saw deer and rabbits. If we come back to the Smokies, I wouldn't doubt to rent this cabin again.

Bachelor Trip Success!

I booked this for my good friend and his wedding party with the plan to skiing at Cataloochee and then go gambling the next day at Harrah’s. The cabin was very clean and accommodated seven adult men very comfortably. The hot tub was clean and kept us warm despite the freezing temperatures. It was close to the casino and had access to everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend booking here!

Guys Golf Trip

We arrived to our VRBO, the place was exactly as listed. Very nice setting, very clean, we had everything we needed. Owners were very accommodating, answered all of our questions and concerns. Hot tub was very clean and nice. We could not have had a better place to stay for our golf outing, close to many attractions.

Great getaway

Absolutley loved staying here! Away from all the noise and congestion.... exactly what we needed. Daughter graduated from WCU and it was only 30 min away. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We sat out at night but the fire pit and relaxed in the hot tub afterwards. Even enjoyed the rooster next door.
