"The hotel is very tired and in need of an update. The 'sea view' room was very basic and tired and the sea view was obscured as the glass in the window had condensation inside the double glazing. The reception staff where excellent and efficient. The hotel served a purpose as we were attending a party in Folkestone but in the future I would look elsewhere for alternative accomodation. "

"We stayed for six nights, there was some fluff on the floor when we checked in, it was still there when we checked out! One evening, we had a decent lunch so only wanted a snack in the evening. We both had ham sandwiches which while nice ham, no attempt had been made to present them, for example, a salad garnish would have gone a long way. At breakfast the buffet was always running out of teaspoons, mugs for tea/coffee, marmalade, stupid things. One evening I went to use the disabled toilet, the attached picture shows how I found it."
