Villa 4 Aqua Soleil by the beach

Pool maintenance schedule 1st September 2024 for 3 weeks, So pool will be out of action spa will remain open

Villa 4 is a 2 bedroom, 2 level villa with stairs. An open plan kitchen/living room which opens onto an outside deck where you can sit & enjoy the beautiful. Mercury Bay. This is a 2 level Villa with 2 bedrooms & a bathroom upstairs including a WC & a separate WC & WHB downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, Fridge/freezer, oven, hob cook top, microwave oven, jug/kettle, toaster, cutlery, utensils. There is also washing machine downstairs. Free Wifi, freeview TV, Smart Tv, Netflix & DVD player. There is outdoor furniture & a BBQ on the ground floor deck. Guest have full use of the pool & spa pool. Less than 100 meters to the beach great for swimming from mid to high tide & very safe for kids. Spade available to take to hot water beach. Infant portacot. Chilly bin/cooler/eski for your use please return these items so other guest can enjoy them. Heatpump downstairs. Maximum of 5 guests this includes children and infants. 30mins walk to Whitianga township. This is not a managed complex there’s is no reception. Read your check institutions issued on here.

Had a great long weekend away. The place even had a lovely view of the beach. Great facility, well-equipped, close to amenities. Don't forget to visit the Lost Spring for a soak. Highly recommend this accommodation and the seamless communication and check in. Will be back again!

Great stop, loved the pool. Well equipped place and lovely balcony with seaview. Preferred this location rather than those with direct seaview which were on the main road,(although still a quiet road) . Beach across the road for an idyllic swim.

Amazing place right on the beach

Super clean, and lovely! Only 30 mins per day allowed in the pool was the only downside, but this is a covid restriction by body corp so not much can be done about it.
