Big and beautiful is how we would describe Whitianga Bliss, this modern comfortable home has all the space you need for a winter escape or a "funtastic" summer break!
This amazing 5-bedroom holiday home has all you need for your extended family/friends holiday gathering.
On the lower level we have a large open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with room for 12. There are 2 lounge areas with the main lounge off the dining area this has a lovely fireplace and comfy couches to snuggle into and enjoy a lovely glass of wine, or if you feel like watching a bit of TV the lounge just off the kitchen is a great place to chill and watch your favourite movies.
Downstairs there is a large bathroom with shower & toilet and 2 bedrooms, 1 room has a king size bed and the other has a single and a set of bunks.
The covered patio is off the dining area and is still close to the kitchen, there is plenty of seating and a BBQ so no excuse not to create some amazing meals and enjoy dinner outside in the evenings.
Make your way upstairs where you will find 3 bedrooms the master has a super king bed and has an ensuite, and has access to a deck area, the other 2 bedrooms both have a king bed and a single. The bathroom on this level has a bath, shower and toilet. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests, but please note that a maximum of 9 adults are permitted per stay.
Another important thig to note is that this amazing home also has underfloor heating, so it is warm and cosy all year round!! With wonderful high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and modern decoration this home is beautifully presented, yet still retains a comfortable homely charm.
There is a large lawn area and a sandpit for the little ones, there is also an outdoor shower so after a day on the beach you can rinse off the sandy bodies! Parking for the boat or jet skis is no problem there is plenty of room.
The home is located so close to town you can easily walk to check out the shops or head for lunch at one of the many eateries in town. If you are looking for something to do with the kids, there is a playground by the wharf, a skatepark and a movie theatre, and short drive away there is mini golf.
Whitianga also has an 18-hole golf course and feel free to bring your bikes it is pretty easy riding around town or for the adventurous holiday makers head on the ferry-to-Ferry Landing and bike to Cooks Beach or head to Shakespeare Cliff the views from up there are amazing.
If you would like to see the coast by boat, there are a few different tours you can do that leave from the same wharf as the ferry. If you feel like a drive, there are so many beautiful beaches to see, Whitianga is a great base to have some day trip adventures.
