We had a wonderful weekend. We will definitely be back. The owner is awesome!! The employees are great as well. The pool was clean, shaded and great fun!! There is plenty of space to grill and party by the pool. We also loved the cabins and go carts. Thanks so much for everything.

Love this place. Bring your coffee maker. They do serve in rec room area. No wifi. You can pay $20.00 more per night though. It’s so beautiful here!!

An Escape from Dallas City Life

My husband and I decided at the last minute to take a trip for Mother's Day with our 5 month old. We saw this listing and loved that it was only an hour away for a beautiful change in scenery. We arrived late and easily enough walked right into our cabin. They had the futon downstairs set up for sleep already. All three of us slept in the king on the loft and we were very comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and we had it all to ourselves. Such an awesome pool! We even drove to the little lake and did some fishing, and again we had it all to ourselves! Oh and my husband caught a fish!! Truly a nice and relaxing place to visit. Maybe a Mother's Day family tradition we'll start!

Nice Property

The manager messaged us ahead of our stay saying there was a wedding scheduled and offered a second location. Very thoughtful, we decided to stay in the original and had no disruption for the venue area. I only wish we had more than one night!

Unique place

Cabin served its purpose for us for the weekend. Rate was lil high for amenities with cabin. But be AWARE not all cabins have WiFi or TVs. ONLY thing in cabinet was partial roll paper towels and a splash of dawn dish soap. Seems to be a unique place with lots of trails.

Best Day Ever really was the best stay ever!

If you are looking for an amazingly beautiful scenic stay in a cabin surrounded by nature- this place is for you! If you are a bougie city slicker, you might not appreciate not having a TV or breakfast buffet 😄 Manager/owner on site is extremely nice and accommodating. The pool is amazing. The trails (on the provided golf cart) are beautiful...We were told there are miles of hiking and biking routes which we will explore next time. Also there is a pond for fishing! Wonderful stay, wish it could have been longer!
