"Great stay overall"

"This motel was about 5 miles off of I-90 and hard to get back on I90. The check in was slow because of computer. He sent us to Denny's for food but the restaurant had closed. This motel was used by construction workers it looked like. The room was comfortable but nothing outstanding. The breakfast was just the usual waffles and cold cereal. RThe price wasn't a bargain for what we got. No for a return."

"When I checked in aside from the check-in staffer, a nice young lady, there was a handyman/maintenance person beside her who was rude kept interjecting into my conversation with the young lady and he was definitely intoxicated, I could've gotten drunk off of his smell alone. This was extremely unprofessional and I was concerned for the young lady's safety as it was late in the evening. I left to a hockey game and came back and he was no longer in the lobby and there was no staff at the desk. Our room was fine, nothing special. The sofabed was uncomfortable and needed better bedding, also there children running back and forth till late. In the morning we went to get breakfast, options were great. Upon our return to the room to get our luggage I noticed that there was snow under the door and the floor was wet. We had not gone outside so it wasn't from us. I open the door amd there was a child with hands full of snow getting ready to throw it at our door again. There needs to be more monitoring of what is going on. I reported this to the front desk staff since the snow melted in to the rug area on the inside of our room. If you want a quiet place to stay I don't recommend this hotel."

"Older building, but amenities were better than expected. Breakfast was also better then expected."

"Sam was warm and very helpful! Housekeeping was friendly and generous. Pool was great for my son, breakfast omelets and sausage were a delicious surprise. Room was new and clean."
