"Great staff! We had problems figuring out where to park to unload luggage at check-in. The concierge came outside to help direct us. The room was very nice with good A/C. We had a drink at the bar, and the staff there was wonderful. Great location in Belfast also."

"Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and well equipped. Knocked a star off as breakfast could be a bit haphazard. There never seemed to be enough cups or glasses and buffet items were not topped up regularly enough. I would definitely stay there again though"
