Older motel with some updates. Reasonable priced. Close to town and biking trails.

The mixed reviews are accurate. The room is adequate. It’s mostly clean. It’s just sort of half-assed. All the finishing touches are sloppy (e.g., bad cut-ins in painting, baseboard as door trim, only very sterile overhead lighting, no soap/shampoo/etc).The parking lot absolutely needs to be replaced. In short, boutique it is not.Also, they’ve got this listed in Vrbo, but they really don’t check it. Communication via text only. Don’t miss that, or you won’t get check-in instructions.
