This location is right in town, with live music a few steps away, great shopping, dining, and Swan River right out back. Awesome deck! The front bedroom is full of sounds of bar life at night-- there is a white noise machine in there that does help. The management team would not allow us to arrive early without charging us, but a couple of hours before check-in, they messaged me that we COULD arrive early. But we had driven 25 hours and had already made other plans. We rented this for 31 days, and they offered us another night just as we were packing to leave, which was not free. But why not let people who paid for 31 days stay one more night at no charge? I guess it's all money and not customer service. The vacuums didn't work and some sheets were yucky (bring your own?), but we still had a great time in beautiful Big Fork!!
We loved having this ground floor condo right in the center of Bigfork. It was a rainy weekend, so we spent more time at the spot and walking nearby so it was perfect. The Trail was so close, so we got to walk our pups there each day. Loved the personal touches and amenities, view from the deck, and we played scrabble which was a wonderful way to pass the time!
Lots of pros: close to town, beautiful balcony view of river, comfortable and well appointed. Con’s: noisy on weekends with loud music from bars til midnight; WiFi and cable down whole time with no resolution but owners giving discount so that’s good at least.

Perfect location!
Well appointed condo in beautiful location on Swan River. We were here in the fall and the autumn colors were breathtaking. Short walk to historic downtown Bigfork for fun shopping. Another short walk to an out and back walking path (4 miles round trip) that parallels the Swan River too.
We enjoyed being in the center of Bigfork with many activities such as live music, shopping and hiking. The
condo was great and we loved the sound of the river when we sat out on the deck Thank You!
I brought my elderly mother for some R&R and loved sitting on the deck listening to the river rush by. The place was clean came with all the amenities of home. Perfect location for downtown shopping and eating. Just a couple things to improve; the mattress on the pull out sofa is very uncomfortable, and the lock on the street door was difficult to unlock.
Great location, a block off the Main Street and from the rear deck of the property, overlooking the Swan River. Well appointed and comfortable. Bedroom separated from the main room by a curtain, no door, which is fine if it’s just 2 people staying. Tight space in bedroom. The deck is awesome. Wonderful town, lots of activities nearby.

Loved this Condo, Great Experience
The condo was an excellent location to stay for my wife, our mini schnauzer, and me. We had five great nights there. We also had a chance to meet the owners' s and they are great people. The condo is in a great location and the views of the Swan River are great. Everything about the condo exceeded our expectations. We hate to leave due to our great experience.

We would highly recommend this location for a great experience.
The condo was as advertised and very clean. The biggest issue was the upstairs occupants. You could hear every footstep thru the floor and made it difficult to sleep at times. Once they left the unit was very quiet.
We loved the location of this property. You could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and trails. The deck overlooking the river was a nice respite after the day’s activities.
There was a hitch with the lockbox during check-in, but the property manager was quick to respond. The only other downside was no reserved parking spots. It was only a problem once, but it happened to be when we were checking in with all of our bags. Overall it was a great stay, and we would recommend the property to others.
This was a great location right in Big Fork yet surprisingly quiet at night. Check in was very easy with many resources to help navigate your stay. It is clear that they strive to provide a great experience for guests. The beds were a little uncomfortable for us - especially the pull out sofa that our son used. Overall, we still had a wonderful stay!
Overall, the property was great! The location is wonderful as the river is right behind the condo and you are close to historical Bigfork. The only item we would mention is that there were not many "essentials" in the condo. There were 4 adults staying in the condo for 5 nights. However, we were left with mostly empty Kleenex boxes (rough for allergy season), a partial roll of TP (we eventually did find where the other one was left), one extra garbage bag, no toilet plunger, and no spices except for salt and pepper. Also, the owners may want to consider replacing the hide-a-bed as our son and daughter-in-law found it very uncomfortable to sleep on. These are minor items though. Overall, I would recommend the condo and would stay there again.

We had such a wonderful stay and the location was perfect in the heart of little town Bigfork. The balcony was large and it was incredible to have the Wild Mile raging Swan River right out back to watch the kayak races over Memorial weekend. LOVED IT!
