Two floors of living spaces means your group has ample space to spread out and relax. The lower level is all fun - large screen TV with a large sectional for movie nights, game room area with 2 arcade machines (Pac Man and NBA Jam), an infiniti game table that has 100+ game options, rock climbing wall, Swedish ladder, and nugget couch for climbing and getting energy out. On the main level, you’ll find the adventure continues - open concept living and dining with two large over sized couches and another large screen TV. Vaulted ceilings and large windows.

Truth is, you'll be living on the decks (one on each floor)! Have a quiet morning moment and soak in the views, fire up the grill for an epic feast, then soak in the massive 7-person hot tub under the stars. Rain or shine, the expansive decks are your go-to spot for relaxation and fun.

— THINGS TO KNOW - Please read before you book! —
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Whitetail Retreat is self check-in and self check-out.

CLEANLINESS: We take pride in preparing an exceptionally clean and prepared house for your visit! Whitetail Retreat is cleaned, sanitized, and restocked before/after every guest. Please respect our space, treat it as you would your home, and keep it clean! Our team is dedicated to providing a clean space for our guests and very much hope you enjoy it. Any non-standard cleaning will result in an additional charge.

MONITORING: To protect our guests and the house, Whitetail Retreat has a Ring camera installed at the front door and on the flood light by the garage. There is also a Minut device on the back porch, which monitors decibel levels. It DOES NOT record any conversations and is solely in place to ensure noise levels are respectable to neighbors and STR Permit requirements for the area. We do NOT spy on our guests. Ring camera recording is motion activated and only captures activity outside the front door and garage area. No cameras or monitoring devices exist inside the property. Content is not shared with third parties unless required by insurance or law.

INSURANCE: Due to the nature of living in an unpredictable world, we highly recommend you invest in travel insurance to protect yourself in any case of unforeseen circumstances. We strictly abide by our cancellation policy if you decide to cancel. If you are interested in travel insurance, two possible options may include InsureMyTrip and Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection. We do not have any affiliation or specific recommendation for these vendors.

NATURE: Please be aware Whitetail Retreat is in the Valley of the mountains and as such there maybe some unique natural experiences, including friendly lady bugs (sometimes coming inside to say hi) or bear sightings.
