Enter into this third-floor penthouse, where guests will be immediately greeted by a luxurious and modern kitchen with high-end appliances, including a gas range oven. The spacious kitchen island with a built-in sink also serves a convenient breakfast bar for 4. Adjacent to the kitchen is a traditional dining area with enough seating for 8 people. Glass doors allow an abundance of natural light to fill the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A pass-through gas fireplace connects the dining area to the living area. In the living area, an oversized sectional sofa, 2 armchairs, and a TV mounted above the fireplace is the ideal spot to spend quality time together.
