"Everything was great for the most part. Staff members were all very kind and helpful. The only issue i had was the dog area. The trash was in great need of being taken care of, as it was overflowing our entire stay. I consider it a small matter, but kind of an important one. "

"The shuttle was ready and waiting when I arrived at the airport. Initially, I was given an adjoining room, which did not have a lock on the adjoining door. As a solo traveler, I requested to switch rooms. Shanice was wonderful and switched it for me. The gym was clean with a nice, cable machine and new dumbbells going up to 65lbs. The rooftop offered a great view. The hot tub was nice and at a good comfortable temp. Walking distance to everything in downtown, train station, and a nice walk to City Beach. Was a great stay. "
