"We were in Covington Va for a baseball tournament....this was really the only chain hotel in Covington. They were booked full at the time. The area lacked restaurants, but there was a place called Cucci's Pizza up the street that was really good. The lack of middle road hotels in the area allowed the Hampton to charge $200 a night, which was very pricey considering the location. Julie the clerk was very pleasant throughout our two night stay.
