    Conveniently situated near top restaurants, boutique shops, and outdoor adventures, you’ll have everything you need just steps away.

    This suite is located in the north building at the penthouse level. It has a full kitchen and all the other amenities that you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home!

    There is a mini-split unit that provides heat and AC. The mini-split is located in the living room. The bedrooms do not have AC, but do have fans.

    Parking is located under our south building. There is also 24-hour, free street parking. Additionally, there is a small city parking lot across the street that is also free of charge.

    We want to remind you that there are no staff onsite. But we are always available if you send us an email.

    Pet-Friendly Stays at The Iconica

    We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at The Iconica! To help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we charge a $50 pet fee for additional cleaning.

    ✔ Pet-Friendly Suites: We typically accommodate pets in Suites 1, 2, and 4. If those are unavailable, you’re welcome to book another suite, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your pet.
