"Very spacious and comfortable room with a nice view of downtown White Plains. I could’ve stayed in bed all day, so comfortable. Location is easy to access via a short walk from Metro North (we came from Brooklyn) and the downtown area is full of shops and restaurants that are all walkable. The in-room dining was delicious and delivered by friendly, caring staff. We also dined at Red Horse and it was so good we had another meal there the next day. "

"staff was great, parking easy, found location easily, bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was ok but lighting was very limited and dark, same for main room. pull down shade had holes in it and some furniture was worn out, grout in shower could use some bleach but overall bathroom was very clean. noisy during day due to busy roads but night was quiet. Italian restaurant was fast on room service and food was good! "
