"I booked my room online less than 24 hours before I arrived and was thrilled to get it. The women at the desk were very welcoming when I arrived. The breakfast was very satisfying. I was able to walk to the Wortham Center for the Sunday matinee opera (but would not have wanted to do that at night after the Saturday evening performance. I would easily book the Lancaster again. "

"My state did not start out good. I called to the hotel the day that I was supposed to check in due to I was charged for the day and the person that answered the phone. I guess she was the manager and she didn’t want to hear anything I had to say and hung up on me and was rude. Also, when it came to the breakfast, the breakfast tater tots were hard and cold and there was no options for low-calorie. The bananas were too ripe. You need to get a new manager also she’s very unprofessional. "
