"Everyone I interacted with was lovely. Generally, the room was very average. Clean but a bit run down. We had a dog so our room had vinyl plank flooring, which made the atmosphere literally and figuratively feel cold. The blankets on the bed were very thin. Though the gym was very basic (some dumbbells and 4 cardio machines), I did appreciate it. The pool was pretty good. "

"The property is uniquely situated under a waterfall which had such a peaceful and calming affect, we loved to just sit on the deck and soak it all in. The only improvement that I can see is perhaps a little warning light at both ends of the narrow and winding driveway that lets you know if another car has entered the path. The driveway is so narrow, my truck had a hard time passing when another truck was trying to come down the path. But overall, the location was superb !"

"I just want to say that Dawn the Mgr on and Solo( spelling may be wrong, sorry) they were excellent!! Please know that Dawn was so helpful to me as the hotel across the street wasn’t ideal for our stay. So many things wrong! I placed my reservation and called. Dawn kept me confident that this hotel would be great! It exceeded our expectation. Clean, friendly staff, rooms nice and exactly what we needed. Thank you to Dawn and the trainee Solo for making me feel comfortable to trust this would be a good fit. She is incredibly welcoming and helpful. She is training someone who is very nice and smiles and willing to learn. If she trains him like her work ethic - how wonderful that will be! He will be set up for success. Thank you!!"
