What sold me on this property was the featured 6000 square foot fitness center so I was disappointed to learn that it was turned into a ballroom a month ago. The pics are still in their marketing material which I think is very misleading. We stayed for 5 nights and only received housekeeping services for one night and that was only after we asked at the front desk, "isn't housekeeping usually included?" The front desk was very accommodating with our luggage storage requirements."

The parking lot is next to the building, but it's an open lot—not "secure" as their marketing claims. The marketing photos show the good parts of the hotel, and there are some. But there is more photo glitz than reality. The lake view is interrupted by a shoddy paved area, and the lake itself is unattractive. Don't book a lake view or anything on the first floor, since the window louvers (no curtains) aren't private. The general impression is that this is a budget hotel. OK for a brief stay. "
