My wife and I are regular visitors to Whistler and would rank Horstman House high on our list of places to stay. It is very family friendly with a swimming pool and modest recreation room for kids of all ages. There are no shops around the property but is an easy walk to the main village or accessible by local free bus service which is a real plus. I wouldn't hesitate staying again at Horstman House.

The room as well appointed, in excellent shape and very clean. We had a good size balcony with sun shining on us, a quiet room, and nice to have a separate shower from bathtub. The property is well-maintained and the staff were helpful. The only downside to the property is the use of long pass codes to get through most of the doors, having to enter 10 digits for most doors, such as to get in from the garage, into the ski locker, the pool area, and six digits every time we enter our room. Upgrading this would be great.

Great spot! Ski-in (not ski-out but very very easy and free bus to the gondola). Clean and very spacious unit! Front desk staff was friendly and great. Hot tub and pool were such a vibe amongst the trees covered in snow! Would definitely stay here again!

Very narrow parking stalls. Otherwise very clean quiet property. Be sure to look for the email with checkin details and code, as front desk staff has limited hours. Excellent ski in location.

Amazing! Loved the homie cabin feel, it was snowing while we were there and the fireplace was just an amazing ambiance. Front desk was kind. The gate opener code was very confusing every vehicle struggled, so I recommend front desk informing guests on entering all digits along with #symbol

- Clear self-serve check-in and check-out process via emailed instructions. - Quick response from the property mgt team - Large space with ample high quality home supplies i.e dishes, pots, plates, cups, mug, glass bottles, coffee machine. - Hardwood furniture is old but in good shape and high quality. - Nice large balcony that has beautiful street view. - Free shuttle just across the street, less than 1 min walk. Less than 10min to the village center. Super convenient. - The provided organic coffee is one of the best I've ever tasted -Very quiet. Bed is comfortable. I slept well for 2 straight nights. It is an old condo building, but it's very well-maintained, and this is a truly great value for money place. I would choose to stay again.

We often stay one to three nights in Whistler and we enjoyed our stay at Horstman House. We had a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and made good use of it. Would consider again.

The only problem is the parking space is quite small. My minivan wasn’t able to park in the designated stall. Thanks for the staff at the lobby issued a visitor parking to me. Overall, it’s a great stay. My friends and I enjoyed very much.

I will never book this place again. Very bad experience. There is no lights in the bad room bulbs were fused i call to the front desk and ask to fixed she replied at the moment i can not do anything so i have to spend first night without light also there is no toothpaste in the room the blankets were dirty over all i would not recommend this place highly highly not recommended… do not waste your money here

We are pleased that our maintenance team was able to change the lightbulb safely the following day.Please know we always aim to be as transparent as possible with respect to our listings and do indicate all elements that are to be included with our guests stay. Each Whistler Premier unit is self-contained. Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwasher & laundry detergent) for the first night or two of a guest’s stay, will be supplied. Additional supplies may be purchased at the front desk, or at one of the stores in Whistler Village.As one of North America's leading property management companies, we do offer a variety of locations and accommodations that suit the needs of many and would welcome the opportunity in working with you personally to find the perfect fit for your next expected stay!

We only stayed for a couple of days and it rained the whole time so we didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub. It's an older hotel, but fairly well maintained with everything you need. Access was automated through door codes, but expedia had stated that reception was there from 9-5 which wasn't accurate as they are closed during the week so if you needed anything that would be difficult. I did speak with someone beforehand and they were accomodate a later check-out, which was nice. The games room is a nice touch but many of the games are outdated or missing peices so that could be improved. Overall we had good stay and we would stay there again.

Spacious 1 bedroom with good amenities. Room was outdated. Our room was right across from the elevator and the cleaning crew station. We tried to change it at check in but the front desk was not very helpful. It was really noisy outside our room in the mornings, especially with really slow elevator. Parking was nice and secure, so was the bike storage.
