Location was good as right on beach, staff very helpful and attentive when we needed something. About half mile from lots of restaurants (Lauderdale by sea), easy walk.

TropiRock A North Beach Village Resort Hotel
My door was not secure. It had been kicked in many times and had been repaired. I could see light around the entire door frame. I did not feel safe there. It was close to the beach though.
