"As of December 2025, rooms are newly remodeled. Everything was like new in our room. We rented the Superior King room. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. This hotel used to be a Super 8 and it was horribly outdated and filthy. Red Roof Inn did a good job making this a habitable hotel. I will return"

"Everything was very clean. Cons first. Some trim was not maintenanced well but still very acceptable. There were 2 flights of slanted steps so if you cannot climb, this would not be the place for you. Those were the only negatives, which the pros way over-exceeded those things.The beds were comfy. Lots of extras like spices, teas, coffees, creamers, butter, distilled water, toiletries, first aid kit, name brand cleaners, beautiful stand or sit desk with charger, lots of blankets, cooking essentials, air fresheners, apron, Netflix, etc.Super easy check-in. Nestled between 2 churches. Parking in front of the house on the street was easy. I would highly recommend and would stay again. Well taken cared of loft.Thanks for your hospitality! "

"We had a wonderful stay, it is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to stores for supplies. The owner has done a nice job decorating with attractive and comfortable furnishings. Everyone said the mattresses were very comfortable and it was a quiet neighborhood. The two living areas both had comfortable inviting seating areas and the fireplace was very inviting. "

The location is just the perfect distance from Chicago so you still have some quiet, there’s beautiful coffee shops only a 10 minute walking distance, lots of food options, and a Walgreens right around the corner. 10/10!
