Our room was uncomfortable because the weather was warm and the building hadn’t switched from “heat” to “cool.” Opening our windows was helpful, but street noise and street lights made rest difficult. The FDAs - while very nice and attentive - were frequently absent and unavailable. The property has a nice history, reputation and location, and I hope that the owners will invest to return the guest experience to what we’ve enjoyed in the past. "

"Great location. Nice quiet area. Breakfast was good, too. The only complaint I have is that I booked the room for THREE people. In doing so, I expect THREE sets of bath linens, there were only TWO. We stayed 2 nights, so I mentioned the issue to the front desk very early on our second day so it could be handled that same day when housekeeping came to the room. We still only had TWO washcloths. I have no idea if housekeeping is aware how many people are occupying each room, or if they are told to only leave x number of bath linens in each room. Someone dropped the ball in this case."

"Hotel Santa Fe was definitely one of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our 2 weeks road trip. It was very well kept and nice plus is a free shuttle that took us to the Plaza. Would stay here again if we are in Santa Fe. The Indian Fry Bread was by far the best. "
