The room was dirty. Only had one washcloth, the breakfast area outside our room still was not cleaned up from I'm assuming that morning's breakfast (we arrived around 5 in the afternoon). It's hard to relax in filth.

Staff was very kind and helpful, room where clean and I was pleasantly surprised the beds and pillows were comfortable. Hotels don't typically have comfy beds and pillows in my experience
