"Pool worked sharing. Suite was nice. Parking was good. Staff was great. More food options would be really helpful since so many of the guests are kids playing sports all day? Starting them with a better breakfast at least would be helpful. Also the Starbucks could have more coffee options. Great though"

"Check in was ok, we had a late check in at 12:40 am and front desk sat on her phone for a couple of minutes before I had to get her attention. The building had a horrible smell. We were not able to use the pool because a duck was in it. Floor was very dirty in the room. Breakfast food was not good, scrambled eggs had a rubbery texture and horrible taste, no non dairy milk offered, coffee dispenser served horrible tasting coffee. Not sure how this hotel received a “Good” status on Expedia."

"Everything was dirty and worn down. The pool was filthy as well as being full of leaves from the wind storm. The staff claimed the pool was only dirty from the storm but was covered in thick algae.. our door wouldn’t shut and staff informed us that we had to lady the door to shut it.. also our bathtub was clogged. All of this was brought up to staff with zero resolution."
