Your Whangamatā getaway starts at this cozy studio (Unit 1 with a comfortable sep bedroom and comfy queen size bed. This pleasant retreat features a tropical feel to the whole property.The ensuite includes a refreshing walk-in shower and newly renovated bedroom & lounge.Cosy lounge with kitchenette, all utensils, Pots & pans.
Smart tv,gas hot water and shared bbq outside.
I live in the front house and Unit 1 is next to another unit which is occupied long term.
Off street parking for 1 car only
Please note: Suitable for couple or single person only.
Strictly-No smoking or parties.
Guests to park on road
Community pool and golf course in same street.

Fijian summer house out front for use but please check with owner first.

The location of this cozy gem is absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Five minutes to the beach, two minutes to the local grocery store (with ice cream!), maybe 8 minutes to downtown. Liz was super easy to communicate with and the apartment’s amenities were top notch. It was also spotlessly clean. Highly recommended for singles and couples.
