This stunning 2 bedroom property offers a unique getaway for up to 4 guests.

Pet-friendly dogs/cats - by arrangement only. The property is not fully fenced, and there are farm animals in the paddocks, so if you wish to bring a dog, it must be stock-friendly - and must be kept out of the paddocks. A pet-fee will apply.

Horses may also be welcome - this must be discussed with us prior, as per our pet policy. There are 2 fenced and roughed paddocks with shelter, and clean 300L troughs. There are also penning facilities and a 50m round pen for training.

Please note - the property does not have a washing machine, but there are 2 laundromats nearby in Whangamata.

Hot Tub - the hot tub is chemical-free. This means that you will need to fill and heat the hot tub before you use it, and empty it when you have finished. It can take a few hours to heat to your desired temperature.

House Rules and Information

Parking: There is plenty of off street parking, including boat parking. There is no guest access to the garage.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
