Kids have free rein across the lawns, paddocks and scooter space, while the adults fire up the BBQ, battle it out at table tennis or basketball, and finish the night around the outdoor fire, drink in hand. Hop on your bike and ride the nearby track to Ōmokoroa, or head out to Waihi or Mount Maunganui beaches — both just 30 minutes away. The perfect base for a big family holiday that has something for everyone

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Sleep out to be left unlocked, doors in main house to be locked, alarm set and front door locked on leaving
Pool cover replaced in evenings after use to ensure pool stays at great summer temps
Spa to be looked after as per instructions ie chemical use and cover locked in place. Sauna turned off after use
Pool loungers to be covered prior to leaving, beanbags and outdoor furniture to be returned to under cover areas
If toys and sports equipment are utilised (lego & Nerf guns) return.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
