"Our group of friends (with kids) stayed here over NYE weekend and we LOVED it. We planned 2 days of skiing/snow-tubing at Nordic Mountain. The decor at this house is amazing and the bunk room fit all our kids very comfortably! They loved having a big sleepover with their friends! The open concept of the house is perfect for a group gathering, family games, and family meals! Highly recommend this location!"

"We really enjoyed the cabin and would consider staying again as long as they add some different furniture. There needs to be a nice comfortable couch added. There is only one couch and a chair that is almost unusable and the couch is basically just for looks. We had 2 adults and 2 grown children there is definitely room for additional furniture. But the backyard right on the water is amazing and would be a wonderful place to visit in the summertime..And the tub was a huge hit with our boys."

"The best hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions and helpful in everyway. The property has something for everyone. There are quiet areas to relax, nature areas to enjoy the wildlife and a large and comfy common area with a beautiful fireplace. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bedding and towels provided. I would highly recommend this property if you enjoy nature, a touch of history, and a cabin full of special touches to make you feel at home."

"We rented this amazing property to spend Christmas with our family. Everyone loved it. It was the perfect place for us all to be together. The house is warm and cozy with plenty of room for family. It's located on a beautiful lake that would be amazing in the summertime. THe house was very attentive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and we are even considering renting it again this summer and possibly again next year for Christmas."

"OVERALL: Enjoyed our stay. Host (Grant) really nice, I didn't meet him but my sis in law met him and said that he is a nice guy. Grant responded promptly when I had questions via the vrbo app. I was also getting txt messages giving us heads up of any subtle changes, instructions, and other infos/updates. Which was nice. They also allowed us to go past our check out time of 10 AM. We left 45 mins later. We are already thinking, this property will be great to come back to in the summer, late...

"The house was perfect for our family of five. It was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bench by the lake made for a perfect spot for our morning coffee. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor places for our entire family to be together and joy. The size of the house also provided private spaces for all. It was a perfect family home."
