"I was disappointed to have been put in a handicapped room, which was directly off the lobby. It was much louder than I would have liked, and there was no need to be in a handicapped room. The paper products, toilet paper and tissues were very poor quality and almost irritating. And the room did not have a safe which I was under the impression it did. "

They also don't ask for any details about your car. The lot is a huge open parking lot. Not sure why they have the need to charge for parking. They charged our co-worker as well even though he had no car."
