"Staff, cleanliness, food everything was great. This was my favorite place I stayed while there. And I stayed in other hotels. I was planning to move to Orlando. I just wasn’t able to use this hotel as an extended stay until I found me a place. Appreciate this hotel for giving me peace in knowing that there gonna take care of you in all aspects. This was my experience. "

"The property was in a very run down and unsafe area. I was not comfortable once I actually drove to the property and ended up making other arrangements. The VRBO post did not accurately show the area and the level of comfort or safety one should expect. And when we made the decision it was not safe to stay there, the host was completely unwilling to work with me to recover any of our spend. I am encouraging you think very hard about this property. There was no way to know what you were getting till you arrive, and we didn’t even go in the house as the area was not conducive to family stays, in my opinion. Houses boarded up next store and homes with overgrown yards and broken down boats on the street. Extremely disappointed with the property and the way it was handled ."

"The sewage system has a major problem it is leaking into the lawn. Limited hot water and weak water pressure everywhere. When we arrived the cleaning lady hadn’t had time to finish and there wash still trash and surfaces that hadn’t been wiped down after the last tenant. Location is close to universal but no other nice food places or anything within a 10 min drive. The property was obviously not taken care of properly and needs repairs inside and out to be worth the price."
