    The property is situated on a spacious lot just a couple hundred feet from the water, with a neighborhood boat ramp conveniently located 500 feet from the property at the end of the street for easy launching. You can also enjoy walking trails right in your backyard and end your evenings by a crackling fire.

    Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The home is located 25 miles from Clemson University and near excellent hiking trails such as:  Chau Ram County Park and Brasstown Falls, to name a couple. Local attractions include the SC Bigfoot Festival, the Apple Festival, and the local farmer's market.
