"I thought the rooms were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast was good. The pool was outstanding. I think the decor of the main lobby could be updated and cleaned a little bit but it’s really a nice place to stay."

"Housekeeping had forgotten to check the amount of Kleenex in the box and I used the last one. Called the front desk and they answered promptly and brought a fresh box. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. A good value for the price."

"We had a great time in and out of the pool everyday and hanging out in the house for dinners and games. Beautiful view of Lake Waconia and we had ample space to sprawl out around the house and outside. We’ll be back!"

"The cabin was great. The queen bed was very comfy. We brought our double kayak and spent a lot of time paddling and relaxing on the deck. There are two single kayaks available with the cabin along with a floating raft and boat toys. We'll be back."

"We had a great two months on the lake. Buffalo is a quaint little town I’d driven through often but hadn’t hung out in much. Far enough from the twin cities to feel like small town America but still within reach (about 45-50 minutes). Walking the dogs and then hitting the lake in either my own or one of the provided kayaks was a great way to burn half the day. Neighbors were nice and the neighbor hood was great. It was a nice time away from Texas."
