"The staff at Opera were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Especially Mihiala( Miki),who was especially kind and considerate. Thank you to Sasha at the front desk for accommodating our request. We found the food delicious and the breakfast wonderful. It was in a central location in Timisoara and close all Piatas. Thank you to all staff at Opera for making our stay memorable. "Upon checking in, I found the room to be unclean, with blood stains on the bathroom towel and a shower handle that was completely detached. I was then required to change rooms and move all of my belongings to a different building after the issues with the room were discovered, and no assistance was offered during the process. The room itself was extremely small and had a very strange, impractical layout. The bed was also very uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest after a long day of travel. Upon check in, they also wanted to charge me an additional 10 euros per day to store my bicycle, which I had never heard about before. The only positive aspect of this property is the exterior of the building, which looks much better than the actual rooms inside."

"My wife and I were visiting Timisoara to visit our daughter at the university. This was an ideal place to meet up for breakfast and plan our day. The staff were extra helpful in every regard. We parked our rental car much of the time and simply walked to the river walk & old city areas. The room was comfy & quite new. We will come visit again and look forward to this jewel of a hotel."

"Stopped here for a few nights on a motorcycle trip from UK. Good secure parking for the bike. Excellent location and was easily walkable to places I wanted to see. Really nice breakfast, good room and friendly staff."

"It is a nice hotel , clean, good breakfast, great staff, small spa with good sauna ; however some inconveniences in the room, the air in the bathroom was not working, very cheap shampoo and shower gel, very cheap and broken trash can, cheap toilet paper …the small details that make me think about 3-4 stars, not 5 ! "
