"This is a clean, comfortable hotel. I would recommend and stay again. When checking in, the gentleman at the front desk, Deon, was friendly a d helpful. The room was welcoming in being clean and neat. Love the makeup remover disposable cloth in restroom along with shampoo & conditioner pumps in shower/tub. The bed was comfortable so were the pillows. Also restaurants were nearby!"

"The staff was very friendly, check in was fast and easy. Out room was very comfortable and clean. It was so nice to have a comfortable sofa in the room and the tables with the office chair were great for getting a few things done on my lap top. Complimentary coffee and water was a definite plus. "Very clean rooms. I checked for bedbugs, they were not present! Housekeeping was very efficient and went through at regular intervals (daily) to keep the room in good condition. The only thing that was negative was the first night we stayed, someone was yelling at someone else right outside our window at 4:00am and shortly after that, I thought I heard gunshots. That's not the staff's fault, that's the City of Elyria's fault."
