Please make sure both beach passes and parking pass are left on the kitchen counter. Missing passes will be replaced at the renters cost.
Please kindly close and lock ALL WINDOWS and DOORS including the shed prior to check-out. Close both umbrellas on deck.
Please kindly place all used beach and bath towels in the tub in the bathroom prior to check-out. Please put both split AC Units to 71 degrees .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing Beach House

This house is amazing. Everything you could ask for. The house is fully stocked with every high end item that you could possibly need. And a the true bonus it has all you need for a day at the beach ie. chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys and a cooler. We would definitely book again. Hosts were very responsive. The house was immaculate!

We loved everything about our stay at this property. The house was newly renovated and beautifully decorated with high-end kitchen appliances and accessories. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to several beaches, restaurants, and stores. The property has a fenced in yard with a fire pit/BBQ grill and also a large shed with all sorts of beach stuff for guest use (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards). We rented bikes for the week - which easily fit into the shed. The owners were fantastic about communicating and patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend this beautiful beach house. Glad we took a chance on a new property without reviews. Very worth it and honored to be their first review.

Great house, super clean and new with local beach passes that are an 8 minute straight walk down street with lots of food options at beach. Fantastic location.
