"A wonderful hotel to stay in. Everything is in walking distance including food, transportation, and major tourist attractions which include 5TH Ave, Time Square, Central Park, St. Patrick Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall and Rockefella Center. The air conditioning kept me cool. The bed was comfortable and the restrooms and showers were cleaned and I didn’t have any trouble utilizing them when needed. The elevators worked and the hotel staff were amazing. Plus the cost is very affordable and reasonable and, yes, I definitely would stay there again the next time I’m in town. "

"The room was so spacious and in pristine condition. Checked in to the hotel and was given a room on the 7th floor. Unfortunately there was only a view of the building next to us. I called and asked if I could pay to upgrade to a room with a view. He let me know that they were fully booked, but he would try. He called me to let me know he found one on the 27th floor with a wonderful view at no charge. The rooftop bar was a nice way to end our evenings as well, with great cocktails."

"It was a rocky start with our adjoining rooms booked through Expedia ( confirm by me directly with the hotel via messenger) not ready There was a booking issue with the second room, so our family was not able to stay together on the first night. We were in separated rooms. However, the management did their best at making it up to us with a welcome treat, and also gave us a really good late checkout to line up their flight. Overall worked out good, thanks to Hector and staff"
