"Friendly and efficient check-in"

"Stayed in Superior room in hotel annexe. Very quiet and well furnished. Hotel interior was modern and clean. Excellent breakfast and staff very helpful. "

"The room was clean and looked like recently renovated. Nice breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the aircon in the room was very poor. Tried to increase the temp to 21 deg from the preset temp of 18 deg as it was -2 outside. It never ever got to 21 deg and in fact I never saw it above 18.5 deg. The fan was extremely noisey so turned it down to minimum but then of course the aircon would not respond to the 21 deg demand."

"We stayed in Canterbury for a little over a week, and ABode was the perfect place to stay. The staff were all gracious and helpful; the room was exactly what we needed; we were close to the cathedral as well as the shops and restaurants. The Christmas dinner was delicious, and there was so much of it! We also loved the breakfasts every morning. Highly recommend. "

"The room was very clean. I have mobility issues and they gave me a room with one level and a shower seat. Which was great for me. The staff are always willing to help and are very courteous in all they do and will accommodate if possible anything you require. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will stay again. "

"Excellent hotel , staff were very attentive, lovely atmosphere as it was coming up to Christmas.Room was ideal for a family of 4 with 2 grown up kids , good standard. Perfect for Dover port , which was only a few minutes away."
