"In the heat wave the air-conditioning in reception was lovely however in most of the rooms it was broken. When asked they said we're not sure which rooms are working and which are not. There should be a fan in your wardrobe. There was not! Some pump was broken in the pool and the spa pool was out ..."

"No door key as all digital, had to use phone which is ok but only gives access to 1 person. Shower temperature was luke warm at it's hottest, shower gel dispenser didn't work. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, had to use the fan instead. Room was noisy due to the adjacent pub."
