Cons: An der Wohnungsausstattung sind einige Punkte verbesserungsfähig:
- im Bad (ohne Fenster) geht die Lüftung nicht
- anderer Duschvorhang/Vorrichtung (beim duschen hat man den ganzen Vorhang in der Duschwanne liegen und das Wasser kann raus laufen)
- Stockflecken an der Duschwanne
- Bad: Deckenstrahler ohne Funktion
- Hygieneeimer im Bad fehlt
