The room was rundown. The shower was tiny. The neighborhood was borderline but not unsafe. The walls were thin and I could hear others talking and a dog barking. However, it was nice to have a refrigerator and washer/dryer in the room, which is what I needed. City centre was also close allowing walking distance to most necessities. Overall the room was adequate, but only stay here for a good price.

Overall really nice . We had the bottom floor so our view was of a parking area . The good thing was that it stayed dark in the morning being surrounded by walls . Would have been nice to have been asked if we wanted that floor or at least told this is our only room. Just as a courtesy. Not a big deal . There was a stain on the curtains that was gross . Someone really needed to do something about that ?? There was also a weird trap door in our ceiling that was partly open and was dirty from hand prints opening it up . Felt kind of weird . Cmon cleaner people pay attention. Anyone else would have been annoyed a lot more . Otherwise it was great . Clean everywhere elsewhere, big bathroom, people working there were polite , helpful and professional. The things I didn’t like were simply details that needed to be mentioned but wouldn’t determine my staying there again . I definitely would !

Spacious but a bit noisy and poor quality bed
Check in was easy, and we were given a large 2 bedroomed apartment even though we only booked a 1 bedroom. Parts of the apartment were looking quite tired and are probably due redecorating. The bathroom was very small for saying how large the rest of the apartment was, but it was OK with just 2 of us. The bed however was not comfortable at all and given how close the apartments are to the nightlife, the double-glazed windows didn't seem to do much to stop the noise

10 out of 10 for the staff for their extensive knowledge of Leeds' attractions and restaurants and creating a welcoming environment. Would be ideal to have room service but that was only a minor inconvenience.

We only came for one night to see The Cure at the Arena. We both thought we could have happily stayed for longer the apartment has everything you need .Fully equipped kitchen , lounge area , eating area. We loved the space even though there was only 2 of us it would have been adequate for 6. Well situated for the city centre. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great central aparthotel
Great location and safe parking. basic room but clean and had everything we needed for a night. Nice breakfast, included - fresh pain au chocolate and croissants and drinks, with fruit and porridge also available to take back to the room. 5 min walk from Trinity and bars and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and 24 hour reception

Amazing Apartment
Contemporary apartment, we stayed in the Grand Apartment. Spacious and immaculate. Lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom and luxury toilets and big soft towels. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast pastries were delicious. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Perfect location for the city centre shops and bars. Staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Normally great, this time not so....
We have stayed at many hotels and quite a few of the Roomzzz including this one previously. Must say, this is now looking a bit dated in the rooms, the check-in was a bit shambolic as there was an issue checking in our second room we had on the booking. The most annoying part though was the getting in the actual room.. On the three occasions we went back to the room, each time we had to get someone to program the card again. The last time I had to go back twice and they then opened the door with a master key.. For what we paid and what we have had in the past staying at Roomzzz we did leave a bit disappointed.

I will follow up with my reception and maintenance team to find out the reason for the faulty lock and get this rectified. Quiet, comfortable, great location
Great 4 night stay; having an apartment over a hotel room made a huge difference. The fridge, washing machine and dishwasher were a nice touch. The bed was super comfortable. The facilities were crisp, clean, and I was able to work comfortably. For a city centre room it was very quiet as well, which was a nice surprise. I’ll definitely be back.

There was a toothbrush left on the carpet of the bedroom which suggests it hadn’t been cleaned adequately- not great in the current circumstances. We were in a rush so forget to mention at desk - the member of staff on front desk was brilliant when we dud mention at check out

Good location but noisy
Good location and great facilities in the room if you need a bit more than just a hotel room. I stayed over a weekend and it was noisy when groups returned to their rooms in the early hours. Also, the lights in the corridors are on sensors, but the lights do not immediately go on when you leave your room. If travelling alone, this could make you feel vulnerable.

The friendliest check in staff I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! Even the "small" rooms are spacious, packed with amenities (even a washer / dryer! So good) and the location is great too - with a co-op just 2 mins away and the train station a 5 minute walk as well as Trinity and Briggate. The room was clean and I have nothing to complain about. This might as well be my new go-to hotel for Leeds!
