The chrapest place i could find and the epitome of "you get what you pat for" Staff were rude, you could hear right through the walls and the communal areas were tatty and exhausted. I don't usually leave reviews but this place was not somewhere i would recommend to anyone

During my stay, I encountered an issue with the heater in my room, which unfortunately remained unresolved despite my attempts to bring it to the attention of your staff. The lack of a functioning heater made my stay quite uncomfortable, especially considering the colder temperatures outside. Despite notifying the front desk about the issue multiple times, no action was taken to address the problem or provide an alternative solution.

Excellent place to stay
Nothing bad to say. Room was tidy and clean few little niggles wire near the bed for aerial was hanging down but nothing I could complain about as a single room for the night. Nice that it was staffed all night and no noise issues. Excellent service in my opinion.

Worn down
Room was okay, cottage like and the bathroom was modern and clean. The shared areas of the hotel are very run down, the carpet is dirty and worn away and the tops of the bannisters were all fallen off and placed back on. The front door is unlocked and it leads through to everything else, meaning there is no security other than the lock on your individual room door. The fire escape door isnt fitted properly which is a fire hazard and break in hazard.

Awful. When there is cellotape holding the wallpaper on you know something isn't right. The room smelled bad and the poppers on the duvet were all broken. Toilet seat cracked, sink coming away from the wall. Curtain rail hanging off, bedside table falling apart the list goes on.

Disappointing
Wow this place is tired and unclean. The bedding had one massive stain and several smallers ones. There were several marks on the carpet. Duvet cover was ripped. The bathroom was especially disappointing. Very dirty around the toilet, broken tiles on the floor and peeling paint. There was no way to secure the bedroom window.

A nice clean room, could have done with a bedside lamp. Particularly squeaky bed but comfortable enough. About £10 taxi ride from the city centre, no local facilities but a pleasant enough local area.

It was a very clean comfy room however it would have been ideal if breakfast was included. More chairs and tables in the garden might be a good idea 🙂

When I entered the room, a dirty cup with lipstick marks on the side table welcomed me. The towels what stained. The parking facilities were insufficient for the capacity of the hotel. One night, we needed to park on the side of the road outside of the hotel car park. For two nights I paid £200, way too expensive for what I have got. Generally not great experience.

Had to wait 90 minutes to get a kettle and then only after I asked a couple of times. The TV did not work and the picture kept going so it was pointless trying to watch it. Bed was on a slope so it felt like you were going to fall out. On a plus note it was clean and cheap.

Poor condition of the property was the main reason i didn’t liked this hotel. The bed and the chair in my room were not good at all and in the bathroom the lights were barely working and the toilet paper support was missing, shower door handles in very poor condition. I didn’t expect much because I paid £48/night but they need to meet this basic requirements for a hotel.
