    Other things to note
Please note that the location is at an elevation of 7,000 ft, where weather conditions can be unpredictable and snowfall may occur at any time of the year. We recommend arriving well-prepared for changing weather conditions.

Guests should be aware that this cabin is in the forest/woods which is home to many creatures big and small. Although there is a pest control company that comes frequently, some of the tiny ones may get into the cabin from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, an ant, etc.

The properties are surrounded by meadows which can at times grow to be tall. If you expect Kentucky Bluegrass at all times around the property, we may not be the best choice for you. Thank you so much.

Please note that our home is located in a rural area, where summers are typically dry and dusty. It is very common to have dust, debris and cobwebs on the decks and outside areas in spite of our efforts. Also, fire pits may not be usable due to fire restrictions.

Also, road and other constructions are passable in neighboring properties, and we cannot control what neighbors or county do on theirs lots and properties.

The outside of the cabin maybe be different from the depicted photos based on the season, sunset and more. This is a high altitude and forested area and the landscape changes immensely from season to season. This is not a city dueling, and as such the meadows and landscaping around the cabin will change throughout the season. We ask you to take note of this before booking.

Allergy Disclaimer: While our home is professionally cleaned before each stay, we cannot guarantee that it is completely free of dust, fragrances, pollen, or other allergens. Guests with severe allergies, asthma, or chemical sensitivities should carefully consider this before booking, as we cannot guarantee an environment entirely free of potential allergens.

The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for Yellowstone. We enjoyed the property once we got settled.Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by communication and customer service issues. We never received our check-in instructions before check-in time and had to reach out after our scheduled arrival before they were sent. The host later explained there had been a technical issue with VRBO and provided the instructions by text.More frustrating was what happened after the stay. We only rebooked this property after the host agreed in writing to honor the pricing from our original reservation following the ownership change. Despite weeks of follow-up after checkout, the agreed pricing adjustment was never processed by the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, VRBO ultimately reimbursed us directly through their customer care program. The cabin itself was very nice, but the communication and post-stay customer service fell well short of expectations.

Lovely property, well maintained! We had a few mild “hiccups” since the property has a new owner. These were quickly resolved. Would stay at this vacation rental again!!

I would not recommend booking this place. They changed the prices 1 week before our check in and when I asked them to honour the original price - they kept saying they will but they never did.If you want peace of mind - do not book this place at all. Would not recommend the place or the host for your vacation.
