Terrible Communication

This cabin was adorable, clean, and comfortable. We were very disappointed in the communication for accessing the room. There was an ‘access code’ in the property description but nothing about a lock box. Then, when our tv wouldn’t work, we called the contact number and left a message. No response or support was given. There is no person on the property for assistance. We were lucky to run into the very kind housekeeping gentleman as we drove up-he explained the lockbox access to the room key. Great location, comfortable bed, small but nice bathroom.

So convenient

Great property, convenient to everything in town. Love the entry code and not having to carry a key. Comfortable bed and very clean. Loved the chairs and fire pit facing the road to sit and watch the town

Great location!

Bucking Moose was in an ideal location for our Yellowstone visit. Minutes from the entrance to Yellowstone. No traffic getting there each morning. We were walking distance to coffee, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores. The room was clean and had all the necessities. No complaints! If we stay on this side of the park again, we’ll be back :)

Its just a motel

Not a good experience. This place is just a motel. Photos were misleading. Communcation with host was not good. Security of room was horrible.

No office onsite

Checkin involves getting key out of lockbox. After that, everything was good. Small room but clean. TV includes Netflix and YouTube. WiFi is slow, but works. Would stay again.

Very disappointing.

This unit was not nearly as expected. Much smaller than photos represented. Unit had no a/c. Was in high 80s when got to unit. No management on site. No microwave. Ice machine on site not working. Tv indicated Direct TV available but did not work. Owner said having issues with Direct TV. Think property mgr. got stand alone a/c unit in room. No closet. Owner said we were only people to complain, but maybe only ones to call. Several others were complaining. We were there 5 days and no one made any attempt to make situation any better. In the real world this was about a $65.00 a day room, not $225.00. Very disappointed with whole experience.
