Farmhouse style home, sleeping 8, with wrap around porch and large yard, just a 10-15 minute walk to Baxter Avenue Beach. The open living and dining area have sliders overlooking the patio area, allowing for lots of natural light. The updated kitchen will make life easier for those vacation dinners! The first floor also offers a full bathroom (shower only) and Queen bedroom (window ac). Upstairs you will find an additional three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Additional amenities include air conditioning throughout the home (central ac upstairs and mini split in the living room), cable, wifi, and washer/dryer. In 2024, the owner added a shed space, complete with TV, sofas, and a ceiling fan!

This home is close to many family favorites, including the Whydah Pirate Museum, Putter’s Paradise Mini Golf and Ice Cream, Skull Island Mini Golf and Sports World or local favorite, Cape Cod Creamery! Take a quick drive to Seagull beach in West Yarmouth or head to Hyannis to the Cape Cod Mall and catch a movie, do some shopping, or visit the Ten Pin Arcade and Eatery. Hyannis main street offers the JFK Museum, plenty of shopping and restaurants and even offers old school pin ball machines at Flashback Arcade. Aselton Memorial Park is a couple blocks away from downtown Hyannis. Here you can catch the boats departing to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket on Lewis Bay, stroll through the park and shop from local artist’s shanties and take in the beautiful view at the JFK Memorial at Veteran’s Memorial Park.
