Family-friendly Cape Cod vacation home, minutes from beautiful beaches!

Looking for a place to bring the whole family? This house offers 4 bedrooms, including a kids room, 3 bathrooms and showers, a tub, and an outdoor shower. Plenty of space in and outside to enjoy all the activities a Cape vacation has to offer. There are 3 bedrooms in the original part of the house, and a bonus living room, bathroom and bedroom off to the other side of the house - perfect for in-laws or two families vacationing together. Two large TVs are equipped with internet, and we have plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. The home is about a half mile walk to Englewood beach, and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Seagull Beach! We know from experience this is ultimate family oriented vacation spot on the Cape. Yarmouth offers many ice cream spots, mini-golf, and even an arcade for rainy days - all minutes away. Save the space in your car, because we provide all the beach gear you'll need, including sand toys for the kids!

Our dance team headed to the Cape for Nationals and wanted to be able to stay together. We found this house which met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed being able to BBQ in the backyard, play some cornhole, and hangout all together. The house was close to so many activities (mini golf, shopping, beaches, and ice cream) which was great as the girls always wanted to be on the go! The house was clean, and each room had AC (which was great as the week we stayed was in the 90's with 90% humidity!). The owners were very responsive to inquiries (before and during our stay). We loved staying here.... thank you for your hospitality and opening your house to us!

We loved staying at this house it had everything that we needed for a family of 5. House looks small from outside but bedrooms are great sizes and 2 living rooms make it easy to spread out.
