Cranberry Beach Cottage; Minutes to Beach & Ferry

The perfect and quintessential Cape cottage retreat! The space is set next to an old cranberry bog, with a quiet walking path accessible from the back yard. Surrounded by trees, with only one other house down the private drive. Less than a 10 minute walk to a nice neighborhood beach, the Hyannis Ferry and Tugboats Restaurant.

You drive up a beautiful private drive to the cottage directly in front of you, with a nice front porch. Once inside, you have a quaint reading space with two rattan chairs and plenty of reading material. To the left, you have an open dining and living room. The dining table sits 6 people comfortably. The living room is set with a couch, chairs and TV with SMART options. Off the living room is one of the two bedrooms, set with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and all the linens you need. Heading towards the kitchen, you will find the second bedroom on your left, with another queen size bed. The kitchen has brand new appliances and is stocked with all you need to cook with. The backyard offers lots of different spaces. A lawn to play games on, gazebo with a gas fire pit & comfortable seating and some Adirondack chairs next to the grill. We have updated within the house and most of the outside. We still are working on perfecting the outside and updating the outbuilding.

This home is situated in a quiet and serene location - perfect for relaxation. However, it was also conveniently located near shopping - a perfect balance. The home itself is well maintained and was very clean. The host was additionally very easy to communicate with and sent us recommendations of things to do in the area as it was our first time. We were so impressed we wish we had been able to stay longer - and we hope to stay again!
